Size B mangoes have a weight range of 160-220g per fruit and this is the natural size of the alphonso mango. The bulk of our organic harvest is in this range and hence supply is plentiful and quality is excellent. This is the quintessential alphonso mango or the Hapus. A 15-20% weight loss may occur due to moisture loss while ripening.
