General Terms
At Aamrai Organic, the best care is taken to ensure your mangoes reach you well. We use export quality packaging & always work with premium shipping partners to deliver the best mangoes of the season.
- By using the best practices and taking all measures possible we deliver the best quality fruit to you.
- We do not compromise at any step of the process. By providing better than average benefits to our Manglolatiers, we ensure the highest quality produce is shipped to you; It’s all top notch .
- Alphonso mangoes with all its delightful looks is a very sensitive fruit. They are susceptible to damage from overheating and lack of ventilation. This could happen while in transit during which the conditions are out of our control. Over-ripening of the mangoes can also occur sometimes due to unfavorable conditions.
- Our order fulfillment is completely open and transparent to ensure that nobody has an undesirable experience. Despite that since its a perishable produce and due to factors beyond our control you might have received a spoilt fruit. We are aware of such situations arising and stand by them completely.
- Once the order is placed, the mango boxes will be dispatched at the earliest possible date subject to availability.
- Fruit weight is always measured at harvest and grading is done at that time. By the time you receive the mangoes, 15 to 20% weight loss can occur due to moisture loss while ripening.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled since it is a perishable product. In unforeseen special circumstances, you may connect with Aamrai Organic on info@aamrai.com and we’ll try to accommodate the cancellation request if possible.
Refund Policy
- If you receive a delivery of damaged or spoiled mangoes, please share the photos of all the spoilt/rotten mangoes to info@aamrai.com within 2 days of receipt of shipment. It will then be investigated by the Aamrai Organic team. If found to be right we will connect with you to send a free replacement of the number of spoilt/rotten mangoes (as in images shared) in the subsequent order. In case of spoilt/rotten mangoes, we will provide a maximum replacement of upto 6 pieces of mangoes, subject to our investigation. Shipping cost will be charged extra.
- In case AAMRAI Organic is unable to deliver to the customer address or the product is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded back to the customer. This refund process will be initiated via our payment gateway cc avenue or online bank transfer and will take 7-15 working days for the same depending on mode of payment and bank policy
